In this program, you will learn how to move like an athlete. We teach a wide range of fundamental movement skills that will lay the foundation for a sports performance program.

For who: 5th Graders

When: 10 Week Program from Jan. 8th - March 17th.

Sessions are every Friday from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
