About

Growing up in DC, Joe played a wide range of sports and had the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level. While interning at Athletes' Performance (now EXOS) at the Andrews Institute for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine he learned about all aspects of sports performance training, and worked with middle school to professional athletes.  

He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

About

Coach Dave Terry, a native of St. Joseph, Michigan is a current Division 1 Sports Performance Coach and National Level Powerlifter. He currently is in charge of the sports performance programs and development of Georgetown University’s: 

Football, Softball, Track-Sprinters and Baseball teams

While assisting with: 

Men’s Basketball, Football and Men’s Lacrosse.

Before arriving in Washington, D.C., Terry completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Grand Valley State where he also competed as a bodybuilder. In addition to his work in athletics Terry also received his Master’s Degree from Georgetown University in Sports Management and is a United States Sports Diplomacy Ambassador for the Balkan Region

Kevin has more than 10 years of experience working with people of all athletic abilities and physical talents. Growing up as a competitive athlete, Kevin has long enjoyed athletic competition. Enthusiastic about developing individual talent and fostering a culture of teamwork, he has most recently served on the sport performance coaching staffs at Georgetown University, Maret College Prep, and the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Enjoying the challenges and opportunities that come with working with individuals of all ages and abilities, he prides himself on customizing performance programs that meet the needs of his clients.

About

Christina was born and raised in Maryland and played competitive soccer for 15 years. After her soccer career ended, she ventured into CrossFit and weightlifting which is where her passion for strength and conditioning began.

In addition to being involved with Project Athlete, Christina works full-time at Georgetown University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach where she oversees all aspects of sports performance for women’s soccer, field hockey and men’s and women’s rowing. Prior to Georgetown, Christina primarily worked with high school athletes but has experience training clients of all ages.

Christina loves teaching the “why” behind training and getting kids to love competition. She strives to make every training session challenging but fun.
